SOMOS® Mobile Dry Air Dryer T/TF eco

 

The T/TF eco series mobile dry air dryers were designed for efficient drying of hygroscopic plastic pellets and recyclates. T/TF dryers offer a cost conscious way to supply processing machines with medium throughput range. Among their outstanding features are their mobility and high flexibility.

 

The SOMOS® mobile dry air dryer T/TF eco provides the following features:

  • Single chamber adsorbtion dryer with automatic regeneration sequence
  • Mobile unit consisting of a dry air generator and drying hopper
  • Constant process air dew point of -35 °C
  • Optimum process air distribution for perfectly even drying results
  • Stainless steel drying hopper and large hopper lid for T/TF 40 eco and up
  • Provided dry air volume depending of model size from 10 m³/h to 100 m³/h
  • Standard version for drying temperatures from 60 °C to 140 °C maximum
  • High temperature version for drying temperatures up to 200 °C
  • Automatic energy saving mode "Super-SOMOS®"
  • Model "T eco" without conveying system to the processing machine
  • Model "TF eco" with automatic conveying system to the processing machine utilizing process air to avoid interuption of the drying process
  • Simple installation and startup procedures
  • Easy cleaning and maintenance
  • User friendly microprocessor control unit MH25
